BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Scheduling your chair at Salon Femia is easy. We use Fresha for all our online bookings, which allows you to browse our full menu, select your preferred stylist, and find a time that fits your day. You may be asked to keep a card on file to hold your reservation. If you have any trouble finding an open spot online, please just give us a call at the salon and we will do our absolute best to get you in.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
To make scheduling easy, Fresha securely holds a card on file to reserve your spot without charging you upfront. If you need to adjust your visit, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Because last-minute cancellations deeply impact our team, appointments canceled within 24 hours—or no-shows—will incur a 50% cancellation fee. You can easily manage your bookings right in your Fresha account or by calling us at 617-623-0399.
